TBILISI, JVARI and MTSKHETA
Tour starts: at 7:00 from our office in Kutaisi. Our first delightful stop takes us to Surami, where we indulge in the rich flavors of Georgian sweet bread known as "Nazuki". From there, our journey continues to the esteemed Svetitskhoveli cathedral nestled in the historic town of Mtskheta. The next adventure is iconic Jvari monastery, offering breathtaking panoramas of Mtskheta and its magnificent surrounding landscape. Following our awe-inspiring visit to Jvari, we pause for a delectable lunch at a local restaurant, savoring the diverse and flavorful Georgian cuisine. With appetites satisfied, we embark on a walking tour through the enchanting old quarter of Tbilisi. Our itinerary includes totally must-see landmarks :-).
Continuing our exploration, we visit the enchanting Legvatkhevi waterfall and immerse ourselves in the rejuvenating Sulphur baths of Tbilisi, steeped in centuries of history and tradition. As the day draws to a close, we bid farewell to the captivating sights of Tbilisi and begin our journey back to Kutaisi.

Svetitskhoveli Cathedral is nestled in the historic town of Mtskheta, renowned as the religious epicenter of Georgia. It is included in UNESCO World Heritage Sites as a masterpiece of the early and high-middle ages. Currently it is the second largest church building in Georgia.
Jvari monastery is offering breathtaking panoramas of Mtskheta, the intertwining Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers, and the surrounding landscape. Jvari is a rare case of an Early Medieval Georgian church that has survived from sixth-century to the present day almost unchanged.

Leghvtakhevi Waterfall is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Tbilisi's Old Town, specifically within the Abanotubani district known for its historical sulfur baths. Waterfall itself is a 22-meter cascade, plunging down a rocky gorge carved by the Tsavkisistskali River. The sound of cascading water adds to the serene ambiance.
